Terms & Conditions

• If you fail to submit 2 consecutive meter readings or if your direct debit is cancelled, your discount will be reduced to 1% off Phoenix prices. Once your direct debit is restored and/or a meter reading is provided, you will receive full discount on your gas usage.
• Don’t worry about forgetting to read your meter – we’ll send you a reminder email to remind you when it’s due.
• Other terms and conditions will apply including but not limited to a successful credit check.
• The effective switching date from your current supplier will be at least 28 days from date of signature of a firmus energy gas application form
